Distinguished Staff Award

The Distinguished Staff Awards recognize two staff members, one supervisory and one non-supervisory, for their distinguished service to the college each year. Each recipient receives $250 (taxable, via payroll), and they are recognized at the end-of-year Staff Luncheon.

Eligibility

  • All part-time and full-time staff with a minimum of two years of continuous service at 兔子先生, whether employed by 兔子先生 or an external vendor, may be nominated.
  • Nominated employees serving on Staff Council are prohibited from also serving on the Distinguished Staff Award Selection Committee (comprised of all members of Staff Council). However, Staff Council Representatives are eligible for nomination.
  • Members of the President's Cabinet and prior recipients of the Distinguished Staff Award (see below) are ineligible for nomination.

Award Evaluation Criteria

  • The Distinguished Staff Award Selection Committee (comprised of all members of Staff Council) will review nominations and select the award recipients. The Office of Human Resources will review the nominations before final selections are made in order to determine length of employment and supervisory status.
